However, set aside some time to visit the nearby mountain range.
The tower is located near the summit of Mount Namsan, and the entire region is managed by the city as Namsan Park.
Within a few minutes of downtown Seoul, there are kilometers of hiking paths to discover.
Indoor and outdoor observation rooms, as well as restaurants, are located on the top levels of the N Seoul Tower.
LED lighting covers the exterior of the tower, which is lit each night in seasonal light shows.

Seoraksan National Park

This spectacular natural wonderland (Korea's first national park) contains mountains, lakes, waterfalls, streams, and miles of hiking routes that allow you to explore them, much like Yosemite in the United States.
The park's natural richness is well-known, with over 1,500 different animal species and over 1,000 different plant types.
Two Buddhist temples are also located within the park, one of which is renowned as the "Temple of a Hundred Pools" because to the numerous ponds around it that are fed by mountain streams.
When you've had your fill of wandering, take the cable car up Seoraksan Mountain for spectacular views of the mountains and valleys.
The park is approximately four hours by bus or three hours by automobile from Seoul.

National Museum of Korea

Seoul, as an international capital, has a plethora of museums.
The National Museum of Korea is the largest, and like the Met in New York, it's a destination that can't be seen in a single visit.
The huge collection blends art, history, and archeology to illustrate Korean culture's history and tell the story of the Korean people.
If you only have a short amount of time in Seoul, this is a wonderful attraction to visit.
The collection is enormous, spanning over a million years.
It's intriguing, especially for families and children, because there are so many different objects.
